Corrections Policy

We aim for accuracy in everything we publish, but mistakes can happen, and information can go out of date. Here’s how we handle that.

Reporting an issue

If you spot something inaccurate, outdated, or unclear in one of our articles, please email info@trustvize.com with a link to the page and a description of the issue. We review every report we receive.

Corrections versus updates

We distinguish between two kinds of changes to published content:

  • Corrections — fixing a factual error, a broken or incorrect link, or a mischaracterization. We aim to correct these promptly once verified.
  • Updates — refreshing content to reflect a change since publication, such as a price, feature, or availability change for a product or service. Updates aren’t a sign the original article was wrong at the time it was published.

Significant corrections

Where a correction meaningfully changes the substance of an article — for example, a recommendation that turns out to be based on incorrect information — we aim to note that within the article itself, rather than silently editing it.
